Rev. Sandra White, Associate Minister
Worshiper, mentor, and vessel of grace are the characteristics of this dynamic Woman of God. Revered Sandra White is a native of San Diego, California. She earned her B.A. degree in Business Administration from Revans University. Her formal studies also includes: San Diego State University, the Evans-Smith Leadership Training Institute of the Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and she is employed with the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Reverend Sandra White met Bishop Dr. Marcus D. Campbell Sr., in 2007. It was through this encounter and under his tutelage that she received her training and call to the ministry. Recognizing and nurturing the anointing and calling upon her life, Pastor Campbell appointed her to various offices and positions within the church, which included the following: Deaconess, Women’s Bible Class Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, and Church Treasure. Through obedience, Reverend White accepted her call to preach the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and was licensed by Pastor Campbell in 2011.
In 2012, she founded One Body in Christ Outreach Ministry, where she is known for her sensitivity and commitment to others. Pursuing her passion, Reverend White travels throughout the tri-city of Richmond Virginia in a variety of ministerial endeavors that prepared her to embrace those who had been forgotten and minister to the whole individual regardless of challenges or limitations.
As of 2015, seeking to develop herself ministerially, she serves as an Associate Minister under Reverend Dr. Johnnie Fleming, Jr., at Second Baptist Church, Chester, Virginia where he appointed her to coordinate the Christian Education ministry, which includes, but not limited, to Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.
Her life’s journey is surrounded by the verse in Luke 4:18a, “The Lord’s Spirit has come to me, because he has chosen me to tell the good news to the poor.” She loves spending time with her children, Anthony and Raynasha; most of all, Reverend White loves teaching, and her desire to serve God’s people through ministry and the ability to lead are her greatest attributes.
